Shirley ElizabethKEMPNee Godfrey 1935 - 2019 On 10th February 2019, Shirley fell asleep very peacefully following a four-year battle with dementia. She leaves her beloved son Greg, cherished daughter Hil's, daughter in law Jo-ann and grandchildren Emily and Miles, she will also be sadly missed by her very close companion Gerwyn. The Funeral Service will be held at the Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill on Friday, 8th March at 11.45am followed by a burial at 12.30pm. Immediate family flowers only please, but donations if so desired, would be appreciated for Dementia UK via a retiring collection at the back of the chapel.
